Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of https://empirekreatives.com and orders placed with Empire Kreatives Limited. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. Version 1.0.0 (effective date 2026-07-25).

1. Who we are

Empire Kreatives Limited (registration number TMBRS 1010034) provides business card design and printing services focused on Malawi, including Lilongwe delivery options available in the product. Principal place of business: Area 58/NJW/8033K, Lilongwe, Malawi. Contact: empirekreatives@gmail.com, WhatsApp +265 999 559 146.

The principal business address is for company identification and correspondence. It is not offered as a public customer collection point unless Empire Kreatives separately agrees a collection location for a specific order. See Delivery.

2. Ordering

You may configure an order online (template, brand, cardholders, delivery preferences), save a draft, and proceed through Review and Confirm before checkout. Opening Review is not the same as confirming an order. Checkout remains locked until you confirm. At Checkout you must deliberately accept the current Terms and Refunds & reprints policy versions before continuing.

3. Artwork approval, spelling, and logos

  • At Review / Confirm, you approve the details that will be used for production — including names, titles, contact lines, and other text you entered.
  • Spelling and content accuracy are your responsibility after you confirm. Errors you approved are treated as customer-approved mistakes for refund/reprint purposes (see Refunds & reprints).
  • By uploading a logo or brand mark, you represent that you have authority to use it for print and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

4. Acceptable content

Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content, or content you are not entitled to use. Empire Kreatives may refuse or cancel orders that violate this rule.

5. Pricing (MWK)

Prices are shown in Malawian kwacha (MWK). The authoritative Empire total for a paid order is the server-calculated total associated with that order (not a browser-only estimate). Package and express pricing follow the live catalogue at checkout.

6. Payments and PayChangu fees

Online card/mobile payment via PayChangu may be offered when enabled. PayChangu checkout is currently dormant/disabled in product. When payment is active:

  • Empire’s frozen order total is what you owe Empire Kreatives.
  • PayChangu may add a separate customer-paid processing charge on the payment page. That provider charge is not added into Empire’s order total.
  • Browser return URL parameters alone do not prove payment.

7. Production and colour variation

Printed colour can vary from on-screen previews due to screens, lighting, stock, and print processes. Reasonable colour/print variation is normal and not, by itself, a defect. Production timing depends on the service you select (including express when available). Standard (non-express) times are estimates and should be confirmed for each order — Empire does not promise 24-hour completion or delivery for non-express orders.

8. Cancellation

Before design, production, or printing begins, you may ask to cancel; when live payments are enabled, the full Empire order total may be refunded. After design, production, or printing begins, payments are non-refundable except for an Empire Kreatives fault, an approved exception, or a legal requirement — see Refunds & reprints.

9. Refunds, reprints, and delivery

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malawi law, Empire Kreatives is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits or business interruption) arising from use of the site or fulfilment delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malawi. Disputes should first be raised with Empire Kreatives using the contacts above. Courts of Malawi have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
